Such name and logo are subject to change, and may not be the same as the actual name and logo to be used after opening of the clubhouse and its facilities. Such name will not appear in any of the deed of mutual covenant, sub-deed of mutual covenant, agreement for sale and purchase, assignment and other legal documents or title documents.
